Third-Party Services

• Our Service uses Anthropic`s AI technology for email summarization and task suggestions. When you specifically request these features for a particular message, that email content is processed by Anthropic`s AI service.
• We do not share your personal information with Anthropic beyond what is necessary for the AI processing of email content that you explicitly request to be summarized or analyzed for tasks.
• We encourage you to review Anthropic`s privacy policy to understand how they handle data processing.
• We do not share your personal information with any other third parties.

Data Security

• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
• We use secure OAuth 2.0 authentication through Google Connect.
• When using Anthropic`s AI service for user-requested summarization or task extraction, we ensure that data is transmitted securely and that no personal data is retained by Anthropic after processing.

• We retain personal information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements).
